After posting about the hiking boots, and reading every wonderful comment, I decided to change the name of my blog. I’m not really writing anything and may never again, and the defiant — nay, reckless! — stance that led to that identity and blog title is no longer relevant. I’ve renamed the blog after the new hiking boots which I may or may not keep — but now I’m leaning toward keeping them. 🙂
P.S. changed the name of my blog. If Prince could do it, I can, too.

You know my vote!
Yep! 🙂 I LOVED all those comments yesterday. Now I can’t wait for the boots to arrive.
Love it!
If the shoe fits, wear it!

Yep!
haha! Disregard my comment on your other post. I am slow reading today…..
Yes!!!! ❤️
You certainly can! I mean…WTF, why not? Great name. I wouldn’t say you aren’t writing anymore. Your posts, for example…. 😊
😀 Right? WTF, I can write if I want to!
!!!! Exactly right !!!!
great
The blue laces sold me! I hope they are perfect and you decide they are keepers!!
I’m re-naming my blog “busted ass pair of Vans.” 🙂 Just kidding. Keep the cool posts coming.
I love it! I guess I could have named my blog Trashed Reefs.
Hope they are comfortable!
Me too but I think they will be. The old ones were. ❤
Xx❤️
Perfect! And, its your blog. Rename it as often as you like. Me, I just got new slippers. I’ll hold off on renaming my blog. Not writing enough.
Are you the artist currently known as Waterproof?
No. Waterproof is just one of my attributes 😀
And washable,
😀
Martha, I need to do the same. When I got laid off, my blog was “self employed again” but lately I only use that for frivolous posts. The majority of mine are in Miki’s Picks. Isn’t it fun to see how our lives keep changing.
It’s wonderful, and to have the leisure to observe and direct those changes — so different from the years of holding up the sky!!!
Haha..love it!
This iteration has more pep in it
Oh yes. I don’t have anything to prove anymore other than, I guess, that I can walk (so far so good). I’m still waiting for the boots.
